June 20, 2019 — South Central Bank, National Association (NA) of Chicago has announced an agreement to be acquired by Wisconsin-based credit union Verve.
Verve has $986 million in assets and operates primarily in the Oshkosh and La Crosse regions of Wisconsin. The acquisition will help South Central Bank, NA support its business customers by gaining additional resources, expertise and increased lending capabilities.
Todd Grayson, President of South Central Bank, NA, will remain with Verve as Regional President in Chicago. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
